This is further to our discussion we wish to inform you once again about the procedure for obtaining a mobile application.

• This mobile application will be developed in Native Android Console and will be given the admin access and user application access to doctors and users for free of cost.
• The company will not charge for developing the application.
• There will be a yearly Domain/hosting charges, payment gateway (actuals). Rs.5900 will be collected for launching the app in the app store while going for LIVE.
• Yearly AMC charges are optional. If you want to avail that monthly Rs. 1900 Only to be paid. For which we will give continuous support, upgrade of the application, bug fixing if any, reputation management, appointment support, daily Health trivia messages to patients, etc.
• Patients hereinafter called a subscribers will also be allowed to download the app for free. Basic features like Appointment booking, Video Consulting, Prescription, and Report storage, Doctors exclusive video, Daily tips, and additional features of health-related will be added. However there will be paid features available in the app which is optional. subscribers should pay and get the features activated.
• One-time payment of Rs 500 will be collected from the subscribers to access our paid services and this will be lifetime access. Doctors will be given 50% of the revenue share collected from the subscription.
• In the future if you want to include/ upgrade Merchant integration, SMS gateway or any other third party services will be abiding and paid on actuals.
